Pissed Off!
I am kinda pissed with their LOUSY project mgmt... D@MN!!
Next monday will be my last day in my current project and things by now, by right should hv been a 100% handover to the one taking over... But can u believe it that.. @ now, I am still the PRIMARY support for my applicatioN???!! Counting down, there only left 1 afternoon and 1 single Monday and i had not finished briefing the person whatever i knw... Zzzzzzzzzzz...
Not that i don wanna brief.. Is that... HE NOT FREE TO LISTEN TO ME!!~~ Don't you think they beri basket?? D@MN!!... Whatever... and my stupid team leader keep asking mi to follow up wif users on cases and follow up wif mr H (the one taking over my appl support) on my baby.... Zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz...................
Not that i don wanna do.. Of coz i can do.. but... By now, if the guy still not ready to take up cases... Next wk how??? And of coz.. this is not my problem oso when next tuesday come... But, I guess i will be expecting lots of calls next week while i m away... which is ZzzzzzzzzZzzzzzzzz........... And i cannot don answer oso... coz, i m still in the same company.. Juz tat different project... TMD!!
I mean... As a team leader... you shld knw how to prioritise such things mah... Knw who shld b the primary support @ this time... Yah, i knw this is my baby.. and i knw... i knw things much better than the guy... BUT, NEXT MONDAY WILL BE MY LAST DAY!! Whatever left over is no longer mine... i don understand this woman... I find her project mgmt skills damn lousy!! And I DON FEEL SHE IS UP TO STANDARD TO BE A TEAM LEADER to be frank!!
I complained to my boss.. my boss said her too.. said her donno how to prioritise things... said her don hv good project mgmt.. but, she still like this.. NEVER LEARN!! Boss then said let her deal wif it when next wk comes... Zzzzzzz... I guess, i can only watch them die...
