Totally Exhausted..

Today is the last working day for the year 2005... and actually had planned to come back home early today but end up... still come back @ my usual timing.. which is 9plus pm!!

yeah... had been working until this kinda late hrs everynite since 2 weeks ago... and health seems like deteriorating... Feeling sick nowadays mayb due to lack of sleep and brain is 100% exhausted....

2 more wks to go before project rollout... Guess hv to endure this kinda working hrs for another 2 more wks.....

Hope that i can substain the next 2 wks after this long holidays................

Xmas feast

Hahahaa... Dio complaint...

Ok lah ok lah.. Today is Xmas eve... and today was quite a peaceful day as quite alot of pple was on leave and we had pot luck today in office... Basically, we had to bring our own food and we had a mini feast in office... Other than feasting, there were also tons to things to be done... Busy feasting and working hard...

In the evening, met up my NHG's colls for dinner @ Clarke Quay's Jumbo for CRABS!!! Heheheee... All of us LOVE CRABS!!! Kekeeee.... Come to think of it, it had been fast and i had actually left that place for a month oredi.. Went drinking after that @ Breweries and craps tons and tons of nonsenses before we left for home @ 2315Hrs...

And fyi, I juz stepped into the house only... and here i m scribbling this piece of update here... Heheheee.. kk... time for bathe!!

Busy busy busy...

Had not been updating for slightly more than a wk.. Hahaaa...

Well.. Latest updates... Too busy wif work.. almost everynite come home @ 9plus... So tired... Guess this kinda life will hv to continue for sometime until end of next mth....

Don't have much New year mood coz too busy... Hahahaaaa......

Congrats my Jie!

My Jie today finally managed to successfully delivered her baby girl into this world this afternoon... hahaha....

See the attached pic below for her new-born baby girl... Cute isn't it?? hehehe....

TO be frank, THIS IS THE FIRST TIME WHERE I SEE NEW BORN WITH SO MUCH HAIR!!! hahahahaa... and her eyes are real big when her daddy was snapping her this afternoon.....

My Boss

As usual... Today is a working day for mi...

Went office as usual and @ 10am, my boss and my rest of my colleagues went for meeting leaving mi and another indian coll in our project room....

Actually, i thot the meeting is a group meeting and everyone of us need to go... But @ 10am, my team lead said i don hv to go.. So happily, i stayed put in my place to surf the web and do my things...

Suddenly @ 11am, there was a call looking for my team lead and since she was in meeting, the caller asked for mi instead... The caller asked mi to go attend another meeting with them @ another place... And since, there was no one to decide whether i should go for the meeting or not as no one is arnd, i hv no choice but to go for the meeting lor.....

The meeting was actually with the HR users and there were arnd... @ least 8 pple in the conference room hving the meeting... and is a 1:M scenario..... actually before i went for the meeting, i asked the indian coll to inform my team lead to join mi after her meeting wif boss.. but end up, my team lead never turn up... Coz she din knw tat i went for the meeting with the HR pple.....

After the meeting which was 12.30pm, i went back to our project room... Everyone was back @ their place.. and my boss and team lead asked mi how come i go to the meeting... But do i hv a choice to say, I DON'T WANT TO GO???

I told my boss and team lead.. then boss said, I SHOULDN'T GO MEETING ALONE!! NEXT TIME DON'T DO IT AGAIN!! Ok lor.. What to do?? u din tell mi earlier mah... He was actually worried that i got humtam by the HR pple when they asked mi questions which i donno how to answer... In a way, he was trying to protect mi as i am still new to the project team....

After lunch, one of the HR guy scheduled another meeting wif my team lead and mi.. and while we were on the way to our meeting, my boss suddenly called mi back and tell mi this...

"Geraldin, have more confidence... Don't be afraid... You can do it!"

Eh.... I was abit shocked by his reaction actually... Hahahaha... Kinda funny... I think he thot i was being scared by the earlier meeting this morning, hence he was trying to calm mi....

Yah... with his encouragement... i will work hard and hopefully, by end of the contract... something which i wanted so long... will happen to mi bah....

Scary Encounter

Went shopping with APC today and while on the way home after shopping.. Happened to met this man from africa asking mi way to Farrer Park... Out of friendliness, chat abit with him and who knws, he started to ask mi for my contact no...

I was reluctant to give and reason was bcoz i don like to give strangers my contact no.. Told him this.. and he said tat 一次生，两次熟... then i say NO... He continued to say that i am giving him a bad impression of singaporeans since today was his 4th day here...

DAMN!! Using this trick or reason as in trying to get my contact no... NO means NO... he was persistant, knw what he said after he din managed to get my number??

He actually said that he going to follow mi home!!! DAMN! To be frank, i was worried sick that he will meant what he said...

Luckily, managed to get rid of him when reaching Farrer Park as he alighted reluctantly... Actually, i was still worried that he will hopped back onto the train and follow mi back home... Luckily, he din.. If not, i donno what to do!!!!!!!!!
