She had help mi to do up 1 system which i handed her the requirement specs... and tat time after she finished wif her development, team lead asked her to walk through the system wif mi... she was reluctant... said, passed mi the UAT test plan and i do testing myself.. since i was the one who collected the requirements... so, shld knw better than her abt this system...
Team Lead then said... NO, since she is the developer.. she had to walkthrough the system wif me.. so tat I understand what she understand when she developed the system... and she LL walkthrough the system wif mi lor.. although she damn buey song...
While walking through, i discovered, there was abt 50% discrepancies from my requirements specs... I told her.. this was not what the system is supposed to be.. she told mi... I din mentioned in specs.. I proved her wrong.. I stated it clearly in my specs.. then she said.. she nvr seee... team lead upon hearing this.. damn TL, said her... requirements specs not sure nvr ask.. everything assume... and she oso TL, said 1 sentence.. "I AM NOT A NEW DEVELOPER, MIND YOU".. she mai say still ok, but this sentence made my team lead damn TL.. shot her back.. since u said, you are not a new developer, you still can made this kinda mistakes... and he damn PISSed walked off...
I updated my boss that they quarrelled during the walkthrough session.. and in the evening, this stupid ahnei woman came into my boss room and told him.. acting damn innocent lor.. mind u.. she is almost 40 i think... acting like a spoilt brat, telling my boss tat we "bullied her".. everything said.. she donno...
boss snapped her back.. requirements not sure hv to ask.. everything in specs, not sure.. nvr asked.. and nvr do... and best is.. she nvr went through the specs thoroughly to do the system.. and developed a system which i had to do double checking to identify the discrepancies... zzzzz..........
2ndly, after development.. you have to come out wif the test plan.. team lead asked her to do test plan.. and guess what.. the test plan that she came out wif.. my poor team lead had to rework the entire plan all over again.. might as well.. do himself??
Then asked her do user manual.. guess what.. she came in and ask mi how to do?? CRAP right? and best of all.. she declared.. she was TEAM LEAD in project before... PTUI~~~ this is what u called team lead?? KNS lor.... zzzzzzzz...
had a meeting wif my user this morning.. and from them.. i learnt that.. there is 1 function which she did wrongly.. @ first i told.. i din state in my specs.. i went thru my specs.. and i found it there... and that defines... SHE NVR WENT THRU MY SPECS THOROUGHLY... zzzzzzzzzz....
Buey tahan.. i complained to my boss.. and asked him... how long is her contract.. he told mi... 3 mths.. .and i asked him.. is he going to extend her further.... he give mi a firm answer... "NO"... LOL.....
Sounds nice... he told mi... he buey tahan her liao... give him this kinda craps... how can?? and she is supposed to be experience?? Zzzzz.....
Her last day here will b 14th of November... Yeah~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
